The meats were tender and succulent - falling right off the bones. We got the fried hot wings (they're made fresh, so be prepared to wait 20 minutes for them) and jerk chicken & curry goat, mac-n-cheese, with the red beans & rice platter. We found out that a lot of people order and do take-out since we saw and spoke with a few of them (one gal orders twice a week!). We love jerk and always search for those hidden gems wherever we go.
